Since joining Grey in 2019, Lauren has led strategy for Applebee’s, where she’s played a pivotal role in taking the brand “from the gutter to the Grammys”, grown the Procter & Gamble haircare & fem-care client portfolio, developed and franchised a framework to uncover gaps in the way brands communicate with and engage diverse audiences, and most recently – helped Pringles win over Gen Z with the use of a mustache.

2015 – 2019

Lauren cut her teeth in brand planning at The Richards Group in Dallas, Texas, where she excelled at bringing target audiences to life, leading quantitative research studies (copy-testing, brand tracker, proprietary surveys, etc.) and moderating research such as individual interviews, triads, conflict groups and traditional focus groups (even ones about emotionally charged topics, like cancer and personal debt).
